I was so exited to arrive in Ittenbach and to meet Mathil and her friends Thea and Rita. Mathil and Thea came from the Netherlands to plant here a tree for Mathils brother Free, who loved this place a lot. The spent some years of their childhood in Ittenbach and it touched me so much to see, when Rita and Mathil meet each other the first time after 61!!! years ..... So Trees of Memory is doing sometimes so much more than just planting a tree somewhere it is going backword and forward in time and it means let things go, getting in touch again and going forward into a new future while the trees standing there, growing and being like little candles in the darkness. And I am so so glad to meet those ladies and I really like them and the time we spent here together (3days) are so intense. Thank you for sharing your life with me and give me such a deep view into your life and soul and feelings. This is a great honor. Big hug!
